Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support company operations by maintaining office systems. Maintain office services by: • Organizing office operations and procedures. • Assisting with payroll. • Assisting with AIA pay applications. • Managing correspondence and answering office phone. • Designing and maintaining filing systems. • Reviewing and approving supply requisitions. • Assigning and monitoring clerical functions. • Ensure office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. • Communicate daily with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Keep management informed by: • Reviewing and analyzing special reports. • Summarizing information. • Identifying trends and proposing actionable solutions. • Participate in payroll operations and assist with ensuring accuracy in employee records and payments. Qualifications: • 3+ years of office administration experience in the construction industry (experience with general contractors preferred). • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and financial tasks. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with employees, clients, and vendors. • Proficiency in office software and tools. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
