The Construction Office Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support to the construction team and help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations. You will be responsible for managing office procedures, assisting with project documentation, coordinating schedules, and supporting the overall project management team. Responsibilities: • Prepare, organize, and file project documentation, contracts, permits, change orders, and other important records. Ensure all documents are up to date and easily accessible. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients for administrative inquiries. • Assist project managers in tracking budgets, timelines, and schedules. • Assist with materials procurement and inventory tracking. • Oversee daily office operations, including answering calls and scheduling meetings. Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction software is a plus. • 2+ years of experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably in construction. • Professionalism in interacting with clients, vendors, and project teams. • Proven experience (2+ years) as an office administrator, office manager, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction or related industries. Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
