You’ll be supported by investors and the owner of a successful general contracting firm.
DO YOU HAVE
A proven track record in managing painting contractor operations and the capability to assume a leadership position within a newly established company?
A passion for delivering timely, high-quality, and competitive services for projects requiring mid to high-end finishes, directly to property owners and through general contractors?
A strong background in project management, contract negotiation, construction management, and strategic planning?
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and effective operations across all departments?
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Lead and manage painting projects and teams (in-house and subcontracted) to ensure timely, within scope, and budget-compliant delivery, overseeing daily operations from estimate to close-out.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve company goals, managing budgets, resource allocation, and financial efficiency with the support of the CFO.
Conduct risk management assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to operations and construction.
Collaborate with the Corporate Controller to implement and oversee payroll and human resources processes, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, team building, and training initiatives, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on operational performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement, and utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, MS Project, and other tools to manage operations and projects effectively.
