Title: Construction Project Accountant (West Palm Beach, FL)

DO YOU WANT

• To work closely with Project Teams to develop project budgets and forecasts while monitoring project expenditures?
• To implement and maintain effective cost accounting systems for construction projects?
• To collaborate with Project Managers to provide financial insights?

YOU MUST HAVE

• Accounting experience, preferably for a Construction Management firm or a Real Estate Developer
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles

• A luxury commercial and residential General Contractor specializing in complex estate homes, new and renovation/additions

COMPENSATION

• Base salary: Up to $100,000
