Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the construction industry, specifically focusing on renewable energy projects and heavy civil infrastructure. This hybrid role involves supporting the administrative side of project execution while helping maintain quality control standards to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction project management, with experience in renewable energy and heavy civil sectors, coupled with a keen eye for quality assurance. The role is critical in ensuring that project documentation, schedules, and quality control procedures are followed meticulously throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, specifications, drawings, permits, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Assist in developing and tracking project schedules; prepare and distribute weekly and monthly project status reports
- Act as a liaison between the project team and customer to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
- Assist in procuring project materials and have a clear driving record for picking up local supplies in a company-provided vehicle.
- Assist Human Resources with onboarding and offboarding of project employees.
- Help ensure compliance with project specifications by conducting regular inspections of project areas, documenting progress with pictures and GPS.
- Maintain detailed QC records, including inspection reports, testing results, and quality logs.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in project administration or quality control within the construction industry, with a focus on renewable energy, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects.
- Preferred experience with utility scale solar and heavy civil projects.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and preferred experience with MS Project and Bluebeam.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Attention to detail, especially in documenting and tracking quality control and project progress.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Annual Salary: $90,000+ based on experience
