    Position Qualifications :

    Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

    Experience: 3-5 years of office experience, including 2 years of related experience, construction background preferred.

    Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and fundamental working knowledge of ProCore construction software is required.

    Duties:

    Assist and support the Project Team with the following:

    Assist in taking, uploading, labeling, and organizing progress photos of the project.

    Support the document control process for the Weekly Meetings.

    Issue, track, and verify completion of any Safety Violations necessary to maintain compliance (per the direction of the Superintendent).

    Schedule / coordinate GotSafety to perform site safety inspections (at Superintendent request)

    Support the project safety documentation process to ensure it is received, up to date, and entered into ProCore (JHA’s, SDS’s, Certifications, sub safety meetings, etc.)

    Maintain, organize, and manage all aspects associated with the construction office in order to ensure it meets compliance, functions efficiently, and presents a professional appearance at all times (including all Safety documentation, signage, first aid kits, EEO, drinking water, cleaning, copy supplies, visitor PPE, emergency numbers, etc.)

    Support the Superintendent in maintaining written reports and log of any accidents, incidents, and/ or near misses in ProCore.

    Manage and maintain the Site Visitor Log and waivers.

    Assist with document control of all 3rd party, architect, engineer, bank, building department and/ or other project inspections utilizing ProCore.

    Print, update, and maintain current hard copy field drawing sets (as needed by the Superintendent).

    Assist the Submittal/ Shop drawing process in an organized and expedient manner utilizing ProCore (request submittals/ shop drawings, upload submittals, track status of, request updates from whoever is “ball in court”, track resubmittals, etc. until Submittal is considered closed by Subcontractor/ Superintendent/ PM).

    Assist with the contract documentation process for subcontractors and vendors.

    Support the PM and Superintendents with coding and processing of invoices (if needed).

    Maintain and update Project Directory and Emergency contact lists.

    Assist with procurement of materials as needed or as requested by the Superintendent/ PM.

    Perform any errands, shipping, etc. needed or as requested by the Superintendent/ PM.

    Assist in preparing and distributing O&M manuals – including warranties.

    Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
