The Construction Project Coordinator will work as a liaison with SERVPRO of Worcester customers to identify construction project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!
Who you are:
Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills, oral and written.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
Review and validate job site documentation
Work closely with the Construction Project Manager to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
Participate in the on-call rotation regarding after hours phone calls in order to dispatch crews for emergency coverage. On-call coverage refers to taking phone calls only, the Construction PC will not be dispatched to respond to emergencies on site. Current rotation is approximately once every 8 weeks. The rotation is scheduled each quarter in advance and can change based on the number of trained on-call personnel.
Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
Position Requirements
High school diploma
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
Ability to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects at the same time
A minimum of three years of administrative, project coordination, or project coordination experience required
Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office
Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000 annually based on previous Construction Project Management experience.
