Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee construction projects within the hospital and healthcare sector, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting any potential issues and proposing solutions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.

Assist in the procurement of materials and services, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.

Conduct site visits to assess project status and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.

Facilitate meetings with project teams and stakeholders to discuss project updates, challenges, and next steps.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry, preferably in hospital or healthcare settings.

Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
