Technical Source is currently in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for our client located in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and successful completion of the construction project particularly in Life Science/Pharmaceutical Industry manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in document management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include:
- Project Coordination: Assist with the day-to-day coordination of large-scale construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements are met.
- Document Management: Develop and implement document control procedures, maintain databases, and ensure all project documents (contracts, reports, etc.) are accurate and up-to-date.
- Onsite Support: Work directly on the construction site, coordinating with contractors, managing appointments, and preparing progress reports.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, track expenses, manage supplies, and assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications of the Project Administrator include
- 6+ years of experience coordinating large-scale ($50M+) commercial construction projects
- Strong onsite construction coordination experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or engineering projects is a plus.
Willingness to work onsite at the construction site is essential.
