    Job Summary

    We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Project Coordinator to join our Commercial Cabinet manufacturing and installation team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and completion of or our millwork projects. Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure all project components align with company standards and client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop project timelines, coordinate schedules, and manage resources to ensure all project milestones are met.

    Manage multiple project timelines for custom commercial cabinetry/ millwork projects, simultaneously

    Quality Assurance/ Quality Control: Monitor project progress, ensuring work meets company quality standards and aligns with client specifications.

    Create and send takeoffs, RFI's, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, punchlists, and submit weekly progress reports

    Coordinate with shop foreman to ensure millwork production schedule and project specifications are adhered to

    Interface with field supervisor, superintendents, contractors, architects, and clients to ensure project information flows in a timely manner.

    Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and meet or exceed customer expectations.

    Qualifications:

    Great written and verbal communication skills

    Deadline and detail-oriented, must be a task master!

    Previous experience in construction management or other related fields preferred.

    Committed to seeing projects through to completion.

    Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam
