    DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

    • A minimum of three years’ experience in managing the process to ensure projects are completed on time, with quality workmanship and within budget (Federal Projects and experience a plus).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or in a related field will be considered.
    • Proven track record of overseeing onsite activities, managing subcontractors and implementing safety protocols to achieve construction goals efficiently.
    • Monitor work performed by contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes and safety regulations.
    • Act as a liaison between field personnel and project management, ensuring clear communication of project updates, challenges and requirements.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports and drawings, while assisting in tracking progress and addressing any discrepancies.

    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    • Construction Management firm specializing in renovations and ground-up additions for Government agencies such as Department of Defense, Army Corps, Veterans Affairs.

    COMPENSATION

    • Competitive compensation package, with a base salary of up to $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
    • Comprehensive benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) and paid time off (PTO).
