We’re seeking a skilled and experienced construction estimator to join our team. You will assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs for construction projects. Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in construction estimation and very strong communication and project management skills. Responsibilities: • Evaluate proposals, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole • Prepare estimates, written proposals, budgets, costs, and updates for clients and project managers • Furnish accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs • Inquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposal and budgets • Work closely with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field. • Basic knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficient in StackCT estimation software. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Compensation: $50,000 annually
