    We are looking for a Project Manager. Here are some of the duties of this position:

    The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    · Responsible for the overall managerial and administrative aspects of a construction project. This includes being proficient in estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.

    · Managing and directing Jobsite Superintendent, Office Administrator, Assistant Jobsite Superintendent and Jobsite Administrator throughout the project as needed.

    · Review and ensure that an accurate and complete estimate for the project is prepared upon assignment of a project. Project Managers work closely with Estimator and Owner/s of DI Construction, the Client and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and estimates.

    · Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work and cost estimates.

    · Oversee the buyout process and to selection of subcontractors and vendors. Author contracts and purchase orders with the assistance of the Estimator.

    · Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site.

    · Prepare weekly reports to the Client.

    · Direct and coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure all aspects of the duties of the superintendent are being completed.

    · Conduct progress meetings with Owners and the construction team.

    · Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times.

    · Communicate effectively and respectfully with everyone involved in the project.
