Are you an experienced construction project manager who is looking for something interesting and new? We are a construction technology company building projects with 3D printing, prefab components, and manufactured materials. We are looking for someone to help us manage our construction projects in the planning and design phase, and spend time on our job sites to ensure the project is moving ahead correctly. This job will be hybrid - 2-3 days a week in the office with 3-5 days of travel at a time to visit job sites throughout Texas. We are currently only building in Texas but may expand soon to the lower 48. We want bright, focused, innovative industry experts who are ready to join a young and growing company that is moving out of our initial startup phase. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of construction experience and a firm grasp of construction industry best practices. Experience in general contracting, manufactured housing, or as a residential/commercial builder are best. Responsibilities: • Standardize quality control process measures to ensure contracts, building, and code regulations are complied with • Ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience by overseeing the construction contract administration and submittal log processes • Prepare the closeout package including maintenance agreements, equipment information, warranties, and contractor contact information • Detail accurate project team rosters, work logs of construction activities, and job information sheets Manage construction projects and stakeholders from planning through completion Qualifications: • Three years of experience in construction services, construction administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management is needed • A high school diploma or equivalent is required – some college highly preferred • Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills are valuable • Fundamental accounting, bookkeeping, and math skills are preferable • Familiarity with the construction industry and processes are valuable -including AIA documentation, codes, and safety regulations Compensation: $80,000
