    Job Description

    AECOM Hunt is seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in overseeing construction projects for the automotive industry in Southeastern, MI. This role is critical to the success of our operations in this sector.

    • Assume full responsibility for overall project management and administration, including the establishment of project-specific objectives and policies.
    • Provide authoritative technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, ensuring strict adherence to company and project policies.
    • Maintain rigorous client interface and accountability, guaranteeing all aspects of the project are constructed in precise accordance with design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements through effective management of subordinate managers and supervisors.
    • This position carries significant profit and loss responsibility for the assigned construction project, requiring utmost diligence and expertise in financial management.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) plus 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Prior experience in the automotive manufacturing constructuon industry.
    • Experience in research & development in building and construction.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
