Bethom Contracting & Restoration, LLC, a fast-growing Phoenix-based leader in luxury home remodeling and management, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse, high-end projects, collaborate with skilled professionals, and contribute to our company’s continued growth and success. As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and client satisfaction. You will coordinate with trade partners, designers, architects, and clients, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain clear communication throughout. This role is ideal for a motivated, values-driven leader with strong organizational skills and a desire for both personal and professional growth. Compensation: • Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Profit Sharing Opportunities • All necessary tools and materials provided for work use • Additional training provided for residential and commercial construction knowledge Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff. • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial goals. • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships. • Communicate project status, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards. • Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks. • Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies. • Respond promptly to issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. • Effectively plan and manage travel logistics for project needs. • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse locations. Qualifications: • 3 years of experience in construction project management. • Proven track record of successfully managing residential and commercial construction projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred) or years of experience equivalent to that • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and building codes. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities. • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Superior organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Based in the greater Phoenix area with the ability to travel to job sites throughout the valley for key project milestones. • Prior experience in high-end residential, tenant improvement projects, and/or restaurant build-outs is highly desirable. • Strong project management skills, including expertise in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
