    The Construction Project Manager will oversee exterior remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary liaison among clients, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer success. Responsibilities: • Project Planning : Collaborate with the sales team to fully understand project scopes, conduct site inspections to assess work scope, material needs, and potential challenges, and develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and timelines. • Project Execution : Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement, manage permits and inspections, supervise subcontractors, ensure adherence to specifications and timelines, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams. • Budget and Cost Control : Monitor budgets and expenses, ensure financial targets are met, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. • Quality Assurance : Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conduct inspections, and address quality issues promptly. • Customer Experience : Foster positive client relationships, address concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in exterior remodeling or construction. • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong knowledge of exterior remodeling processes, materials, and best practices. • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and people skills. • Proficient in project management software and tools. • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed. • Ability to thrive in a challenging environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity. • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required. Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
