    Overview

    We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction and installation of high-performance home theater projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and the ability to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee high-end home theater construction projects from inception to completion.

    • Execute exceptional project management, handling multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Interpret and follow construction drawings, specifications, installation manuals, and other documentation.

    • Focus on results with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues, strategize solutions, and achieve objectives.

    • Maintain excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients, coworkers, general contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

    • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection at key project milestones.

    • Coordinate and schedule fabrication, installation, shipping/receiving, and repair activities.

    • Participate in meetings to review project statuses, discuss future assignments, facilitate project handoffs, and provide constructive feedback.

    • Ensure timely completion of all required paperwork, progress updates, reports, time tracking, and other documentation according to company standards.

    Qualifications

    • Construction Management or related degree a plus. Minimum of two years of experience in Construction Management or related field. Alternatively, high school diploma or equivalent with extensive years of relevant experience.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of using and updating internal software systems. Tech-savvy with an interest in AI and innovation is a plus.

    • Ability to learn and stay current with technical aspects related to the position, including Acoustic Design Concepts and Audio/Video System Design requirements.

    • Willingness to travel overnight to visit job sites, attend training, and participate in industry events throughout the state and to national jobsites for site inspections and meetings.

    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
