Construction Project Manager - Commercial - Base Salary to 150k/year - White Plains, NY
Our client a leading commercial construction GC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, contractor negotiation, and project execution. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for quality, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Support Senior Project Manager and Superintendent with administrative tasks.
Coordinate efforts of contractors, sub-contractors, architects, and consultants.
Maintain daily project logs in ProCore, ensuring deadlines are met.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Track project expenses and manage budget data.
Draft contracts, purchase orders, and related documents.
Communicate project progress to Management.
Evaluate completed projects and report results to the Senior Project Manager.
Qualifications:
7+ years of construction experience.
Must be experienced with ProCore or similar type.
Experience with public works and government projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
