Construction Project Manager - Commercial GC - Base Salary to 140k/year - Coppell, TX

- Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager with 8+ years of experience. Commercial and/or industrial construction handling projects cost from $10m to $40m + experience is required to be successful in this position. The Construction Project Manager will support the building side of the business, where we handle a wide range of projects, including warehouses, factories, manufacturing facilities, logistics/trucking centers, office spaces, auto dealerships, aviation hangars, higher education institutions, parking structures, self-storage facilities, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Create and oversee project budgets
- Control costs and manage financial risks
- Act as the primary client contact
- Lead project teams and ensure clear communication
- Enforce quality standards and manage risks
- Monitor safety practices and compliance
- Maintain project records
- Manage procurement and supply chain
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience working for a commercial GC
- Must have experience working on commercial project values of $5mm - $30mm+
- High School Diploma or higher (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other construction-related software
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 120k – 140k/year range
