    As our Orlando-based Project Manager, you’ll oversee the installation of playgrounds and shade structures, serving as the critical liaison between our Georgia main office, sales agency, installation crews, and customers. This is your sandbox—you’ll take full ownership of projects, using guidance from the main office and collaborating with on-the-ground teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities: Pre-Sites • Conduct initial site assessments to identify project requirements. Coordinate with our Master Scheduler for initial customer communication. Scope Gap Analysis • Review project plans and identify discrepancies or missing elements. • Collaborate with the team to align the scope with customer expectations. Project Layout • Develop detailed project plans and timelines. • Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members. Customer Communication • Send schedule updates to customers during installation, and address customer inquiries to provide progress reports. Job Setup • Arrange logistics for job start, including permits and approvals. • Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment. Concrete • Schedule and oversee concrete pours or related work. • Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications. Dumpster • Arrange dumpster delivery and pickup for waste management. • Monitor usage to optimize cost and efficiency. Machine Rentals • Source and rent the necessary machinery for the project. • Track rental periods and coordinate returns. Subcontractors • Hire and manage subcontractors for specialized tasks. • Ensure subcontractors meet deadlines and quality standards. Mulch • Coordinate mulch delivery and application as needed. • Verify correct quantities and placement. Inspections • Schedule required inspections with the relevant authorities. • Meet inspectors on-site to address concerns and ensure compliance. Site Visits • Regularly visit the site to monitor progress and quality. • Resolve issues and provide guidance to the crew. Close-Out • Conduct a final walk-through with the customer. • Hand off paint, hardware, or other final deliverables. • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. Equipment Maintenance • Monitor the condition of machines and tools. • Arrange repairs or replacements as needed. Documentation • Complete JobTread daily logs accurately and on time. • Update schedules and to-do lists to reflect project status. Miscellaneous • Handle additional tasks as they arise to ensure project success. • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications: • Basic Understanding of outdoor construction • Proven ability to lead a team • Ability to read and establish elevation • Discipline to work remotely, often from a truck, in a fluid schedule with little oversight • Strong work ethic that looks to maximize the hours in a day Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
