Responsibilities: • Negotiate profitable agreements with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors • Put organizational systems into place to ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained, and schedule maintenance if needed • Keep key stakeholders informed of the project’s status by producing frequent progress reports • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code • Collaborate with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to determine the needed resources and scope of work, including necessary materials and expected labor required Customer Support: • Ensure customers have an excellent customer experience. • To ensure customer satisfaction, provide continuous communication before, during, and after the project. • Handle and resolve challenges with empathy for a win-win result. Project Management: • Order materials and equipment before the job starts. • Perform regular site visits to manage project schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction and facilitate needs and changes as they arise. • Ensure subcontractors are honoring their agreements and following the Dino Painting Way. • Manage daily field schedule. • Ensure all field documents are complete and ready before the project start including the deposit, color schedule, and work order. • Communicate with administrative task for scheduling and invoicing assistance. Subcontractor Management: • Build, nurture, and grow an unparalleled field workforce. • Participate in subcontractor hiring. • Give feedback to subcontractors on areas of improvement, provide encouragement and coaching, and initiate termination when necessary. Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management • Four-year college degree in engineering, construction management, or other similar fields • Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills • Completed training for OSHA 30 license • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus • You have a direct but comfortable verbal communication style. • You are persistent and have the ability to finish tasks despite challenges or resistance. • You have a preference for maintaining and establishing an organized schedule. • You are able to see challenges and create solutions. • You demonstrate self-control and an ability to manage time and priorities. • You are answerable and accountable for your actions. • You recover quickly from adversity. • You are comfortable working independently and autonomously. • You treat others fairly, regardless of personal bias or beliefs. • We are a tech-driven company with cloud-based software, and we are familiar with and willing to learn new technologies and applications. • Proven history of producing measurable results. • Ability to pass a background check. Compensation: $60,000 - $78,000 yearly
