About the Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager whose core values align with ours. As a Construction Project Manager at CinemaTech, you will lead the construction and installation of high-end home theater projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and on-site coordination. You’ll work closely with our clients, top-tier subcontractors, and CinemaTech’s internal teams to ensure each project meets our exacting standards and is completed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee high-end home theater construction projects from inception to completion
Execute exceptional project management, handling multiple projects simultaneously
Interpret and follow construction drawings, specifications, installation manuals, and other documentation
Focus on results with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues, strategize solutions, and achieve objectives
Maintain excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients, coworkers, general contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection at key project milestones
Coordinate and schedule fabrication, installation, shipping/receiving, and repair activities
Participate in meetings to review project statuses, discuss future assignments, facilitate project handoffs, and provide constructive feedback
Ensure timely completion of all required paperwork, progress updates, reports, time tracking, and other documentation according to company standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience in Construction Management or related field required
Construction Management or related degree required
Ability to learn and stay current with technical aspects related to the position, including Acoustic Design Concepts and Audio/Video System Design requirements
Willingness to travel overnight to visit job sites, attend training, and participate in industry events throughout the state and to national jobsites for site inspections and meetings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong computer and technology skills
Tech-savvy with an interest in AI and innovation is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
