    Construction Project Manager – Distributed Infrastructure Projects

They partner with cities and transit agencies to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions like smart bike racks, bus stops, and transit amenities, improving urban mobility and addressing climate change.

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of the Streets LA Sidewalk and Transit Amenities Program (STAP). This role involves managing up to 1,000 sites annually, utilizing advanced construction software, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to meet program objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-site infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
    • Use Sitetracker or similar tools to track progress and provide data-driven insights.
    • Coordinate with city agencies to resolve site-specific challenges and maintain project flow.
    • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts using advanced Excel and data analysis.
    • Collaborate with planning, engineering, and operations teams to ensure program alignment.
    • Balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
    • Drive continuous improvement in workflows and processes.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years in project or construction management, with experience in distributed infrastructure projects.
    • Expertise in managing public Right of Way projects, including permitting compliance.
    • Proficient in Sitetracker or similar project management tools.
    • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for reporting and decision-making.
    • Strong adaptability, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
