The Role You Will Play
Working alongside the President, the Construction Project Manager will oversee tenant up-fit and service work projects, ensuring timely execution within budget while maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
This role will develop and manage detailed construction project schedules, ensuring alignment with client timelines and resource availability.
The Construction Project Manager will conduct site inspections to enforce compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards while prioritizing and allocating resources across concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
This role is entrusted to negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations as well as supervise project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

Background Profile
5–7 years with a reputable general contractor, focusing on tenant up-fit and service work
Proficiency in reading construction drawings and developing project schedules while utilizing field experience with a strong grasp of construction methods and materials
Working knowledge of construction software (Procore, Buildxact preferred)
Strong client-facing communication and conflict-resolution skills along with an analytical mindset for budgeting, risk assessment, and problem-solving
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related
Certifications: PMP, OSHA 30, or LEED accreditation (a plus)
