    Job Summary

    We are a general contractor specializing in commercial and industrial construction projects, seeking a proactive and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong time management, communication and customer service skills.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule.

    Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines and financial goals.

    Coordinate project teams, including Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.

    Conduct daily job site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with specifications and regulations.

    Resolve on-site issues and obstacles, making quick decisions to maintain project flow and minimize delays.

    Manage and track project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, ensuring timely distribution.

    Monitor and update project management software, keeping the team informed with the latest project data.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication and satisfaction.

    Guide and delegate tasks to the Assistant Project Manager, ensuring project efficiency and successful completion.

    Assist with project close-out, ensuring all documentation is complete and goals are met.

    Perform additional duties as needed to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with a proven track record of managing successful projects.

    Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred

    Knowledge of construction/project management software a plus

    Ability to multitask and prioritize as you will be handling multiple projects at the same time

    Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    Organized and detail oriented

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must

    Must have excellent communications skills, excellent work ethic and moral integrity.

    Self-starter who takes the initiative and works well independently
