Our restoration company provides a multitude of disaster restoration services, including water damage mitigation, advanced structural drying, demo/structure cleaning following fires, mold projects, as well as all of the reconstruction that follows these events in tandem. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager / Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.

You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external resources

Collaborate with all materially interested parties

Develop the scope and objectives of the project

Track adherence to project budget and timeline

Ensure necessary resources are available and allocated to the project

Develop detailed project plans and milestones

Measure and report on project progress

Assist with drywall, patch, paint, carpentry, etc as needed to complete projects on time and within budget

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Previous experience as a Project Manager in reconstruction

Drywall, painting, & carpentry experience required

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong technical skills in software development and web technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience serving commercial properties a plus

Valid driver’s license with clean and verifiable record

Base salary $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience PLUS profit sharing and quarterly bonus based on KPI's being met per job.
