We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning and permitting through procurement and implementation
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with Inspectors, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Agencies, Stakeholder, and Clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Minimum 8yrs of experience in the Construction industry; three (3) of the seven (8) should have responsibility in coordinating public works projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
