We are hiring a highly skilled Project Manager for our Naples remodeling company. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of multiple projects, keeping them on schedule and budget, and supervising lead carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure a satisfactory final product and customer experience.

Our ideal candidate prides himself or herself on being detail-oriented and having exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all projects.

• Clearly communicate with clients, designers, field crew, and office staff.

• Organize the work schedules of lead carpenters, carpenters, and carpenter helpers.

• Assist with hiring new lead carpenters, carpenters, and helpers.

• Provide training, coaching, and team building for the production team.

• Review project schedules to ensure timely completion.

• Oversee product ordering & ensure all products are accounted for upon arrival.

• Oversee preparation of job site binders & make sure all details needed to produce the project are included.

• Organize the subcontractor schedules for each project.

• Put daily logs in Builder Trend for clients and management to view.

• Quality control inspections throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager

• Passion for construction

• Able to create an atmosphere of open communication between the field and the office.

• Clearly communicate decisions and provide opportunities for clarifications if something is unclear.

• Ability to inspire the team to change expectations, perceptions, and motivations to achieve a common goal.

• Strong personal integrity

• Drug screening & background checks are required.
