    We are looking for a full-time on-site Project Manager. The Project Manager shall work with the field team, trade partners, vendors, and management to oversee the project. The ideal candidate will track the status of projects and provide additional information as required.

    Responsibilities:

    · Manage all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, billings, cost control budget adjustment, and other project-related documents.

    · Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

    · Develops relationships with consultants, contractors, vendors and evaluate their performance.

    · Oversees project implementation and execution through completion of construction.

    · Oversees capital improvement/asset preservation programs with design and construction processes at multiple sites through local resources, with minimal oversight.

    · Provides an appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are being met.

    · Manage and develop assigned staff, and pre-construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and project planning.

    · Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.

    Qualifications/Experience:

    · Experience managing ground-up construction, and existing remodels.

    · Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or related field.

    · 3+ years of experience with mixed-use, hospitality and multi-family projects.

    · Experience communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Experience managing multiple projects at once.

    · Proficient in construction safety regulations and standards.

    · Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.

    · Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6 is a plus.

    · Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
