About the Role:

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of Ventura. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for a motivated individual to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Monitor and report on project progress and performance

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in construction project management

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
