Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager that is knowledgeable in construction, managing a project and fire/water restoration as it pertains to insurance and non-insurance related work. This individual must be self-motivated with strong communication skills as well as a focus on detail. Experience in the insurance industry working with homeowners as well as insurance adjusters is preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will offer benefits and bonus potential.
JOB DESCRIPTION: PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for someone that has a Construction Estimating Background in the Insurance Industry with great customer service skills.
An individual with Xactimate knowledge (Industry Related Estimating Software) is preferred.

Essential Functions
Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters.
Planning, Budgeting, and Team Execution.
Ensure job process and procedures are followed.
Communicate effectively with all levels and across the organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage budgets, change orders, purchase orders and subcontractors.
Requirements
2 years’ experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industry is a plus.
Ability to manage several projects at once.
A valid driver license with a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Knowledgeable at estimating, job costing, and quality control.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook®, Excel®, and Word®.
Xactimate® estimating software a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Job Responsibilities
Completes assigned jobs according to company processes, maintains quality control within the budget of each job
Maintains records of personnel and resources used on projects and communicates all billable events to others.
May be responsible for creation of estimates in applicable software
Inspect and scope jobs onsite-and works with Project Manager/ Crew Chief/Lead Tech on scope of job
Document / review loss with clear and descriptive job photos and upload into operating system/software
May write mitigation and reconstruction estimates using Xactimate
Communicates conversations and key information on the job using the notes feature in required software
Interfaces with adjusters and customers in person, over the phone, and virtually to resolve issues and answer questions about the loss
May perform quality assurance inspections after completion and obtain customer signatures for approval, requests payments when necessary.
Prepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies
Job Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and or construction industry
Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
Able to work independently or work with/lead a team
Exhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customer
Experience managing teams of 2 or more
Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone
Strong verbal and written and communication skills
Strong problem solving and customer service skills
Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
