Key Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

Project Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain detailed timelines from inception to completion.

Budget Management: Estimate costs and monitor expenses to keep projects on track.

Subcontractor Coordination: Delegate tasks, supervise laborers, and manage external teams.

Quality Control: Ensure all work meets high standards by conducting regular site visits and inspections.

Reporting & Problem-Solving: Provide frequent updates, address issues promptly, and resolve challenges efficiently.

Qualifications (Including, but not limited to):

Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a Construction Project Manager overseeing commercial projects.

Superintendent Background (Plus): Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent is highly desirable.

Technical Expertise: Advanced blueprint reading, thorough knowledge of building methods and codes.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and other construction management software.

Leadership & Teamwork: Excellent communication, crisis resolution, and collaboration skills.
