Responsibilities: • Communicate the status of the building project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports • Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met • Communicate with clients and office staff to ensure alignment on construction timeline and specifications. • Follow company standards and processes with technology and expectations to oversee sub-contractors on projects. • Enforce code requirements and general safety on all stages of construction. Qualifications: • Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued • 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager • Possess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods • Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly + bonus structure
