We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding, planning, coordinating, and implementing construction projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Responsibilities: Project Planning, Scheduling and Bidding: • Develop comprehensive project plans that include project scope, schedule, budget, and resources. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish project timelines and milestones. • Create competitive bids and submit all required paperwork Budget Management: • Estimate costs and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints. • Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures as needed. Resource Management: • Allocate resources effectively and ensure their availability throughout the project lifecycle. • Supervise and mentor project team members and subcontractors. Quality Control and Assurance: • Ensure construction activities comply with design specifications and regulatory standards. • Implement quality assurance processes to minimize defects and rework. Risk Management: • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. • Address any issues or delays promptly to prevent escalation. Client Relations: • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. • Provide regular project updates and address client concerns professionally. Safety and Compliance: • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. • Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members and subcontractors. **Documentation and Reporting:** • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in project management software/estimating software. • Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
