    About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects, ensuring they align with company standards, follow established procedures, and are completed on time and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for the customer, playing a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience. You will conduct job site meetings to define the scope of work, collaborate with vendors to obtain proposals, and oversee daily construction activities. Your responsibilities include managing, coordinating, and scheduling subcontractors and suppliers while ensuring strict adherence to quality control standards and on-site safety regulations. Your ability to communicate effectively, anticipate challenges, and maintain a customer-focused approach will be key to the project's success and overall client satisfaction. You will report directly to the Director of Construction and work closely with the Office Manager to manage budgeting and invoicing for each project. This role also involves managing and tracking leads, including following up on submitted leads and proposals. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution • Collaborate with the team to accurately track and manage all leads • Define project scope, objectives, and detailed specifications • Obtain estimates and prepare budgets for each project • Work with the team to execute a contract and develop a project plan and timeline • Working with townships to pull permits as needed • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor project progress and address issues • Ensure final product aligns with client’s vision and expectations **** Communication & Collaboration • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors • Regularly update clients on project progress • Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally • Work with the team on any issues or risks that may require changes to the project **** Budget & Resource Management • Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with the approved budget • Monitor resource allocation, identify project risks, and address issues early that could affect the project to mitigate impact • Manage subcontractors to ensure delivery and schedules are on time • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Resolve on-site challenges and unexpected issues promptly to avoid delays Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or development industry. • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
