Responsibilities: • Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship. • Track project progress, provide daily updates, and address delays with leadership. • This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites. • Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items. • Conduct site evaluations and ensure compliance with building codes. Qualifications: • Strong technical skills across all construction trades. • Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations. • Be able to accurately measure sites and complete take-offs • Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
