    We are looking to hire a highly motivated, reliable, detailed oriented installation Project Manager that is responsible to execute, oversee, and manage residential remodeling installation projects, scheduling, materials, scope of work, execution of plans, project costs and change orders, and monitor progress and compliance.

    Responsibilities

    Management and oversight of window, door, siding, garage door, gutter and roofing installation projects

    Communicate and support field crews to ensure project workflow and quality of work

    Review jobs to ensure scope of work and details are discussed and clear

    Communicate to all levels of leadership, management and employees, customers, foremen and field crews with all matters of relative importance and proactively solve project challenges

    Provide technical advice to field teams to assist with project challenges

    Respond to project work delays, emergencies, and other unforeseen project related challenges

    Understand and follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.

    Requirements

    5+ years construction project management experience

    Ability to meet deadlines

    Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously

    Strong attention to detail; ability to multitask and manage time effectively

    Strong organizational skills

    Ability to work in a team environment

    Proficient with computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft and Apple products.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels in the organization, customers, and vendors.

    Valid driver's license + clean driving record

    OSHA 10

    DOT Certification

    Schedule: Monday to Friday

    Full-time Pay: $65,000-$85,000 per year
