Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration and construction industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the Wilmington, NC area.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage reconstruction projects
• Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements
• Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors
• Participate in design, process and permit submittal
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Complete monthly expense reports
• Attend all appropriate company meetings
• Attend regular company sponsored training sessions
• Additional duties required as needed
• Track job budgets, communicate job status, and provide written reports
• Monitor production progress daily and on-site inspections
• Provide superior customer service as the point of contact for customer and/or adjustor.
• Assign projects to crew members and complete all appropriate paperwork and written instructions on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as a project manager, restoration/ construction industry
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
• Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
• Xactimate knowledge a plus but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
