Administrative Duties:
Prepare construction budget spreadsheet for project, per Project Manager.
Assist with paperwork to track all jobs that are time and materials.
Follow up/assist Construction Supervisors to obtain bids from vendors.
Prepare all owner/tenant contracts for approval and signatures.
Prepare all vendor contracts, once the owner/tenant contract is approved.
Submit all budgets and vendor contracts to accounting for posting to Yardi.
Coding of all vendor invoices for accounting for construction projects.
Construction Staff:
Track all hours and job billings.
Interface between Project Manager and Construction Supervisors.
Attend weekly Construction meetings (every Tuesday @ 10am).
Job requirements:
Clean Work Attire (company Shirts provided)
Reliable, punctual, organized
Computer Skills – Word, Excel, and Yardi construction software
Excellent Communication skills
Will use own vehicle for transportation to and from office.
30 hours per week/ flexible schedule
