    • The Construction Project Superintendent will be an integral part of this team. The primary responsibilities of the Construction Project Superintendent are Safety, Schedule, and Quality of work. The Construction Project Superintendent will work cohesively with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to deliver on the promise of exemplary project performance on behalf of our clients' clientele and fellow stakeholders i.e. Architects, Engineers, and Construction Managers. The Construction Project Superintendent will be building project schedule meeting daily to collaborate with architects, clients, and the entire team through all phases of the project, procuring materials, photographing project progress, attend/coordinate punch list walkthroughs, attend/run weekly update meetings, coordinating inspections, work with Project Managers to handle RFI’s and Change Orders etc.

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete management and monitoring of all items and subcontractors site related – both internal, municipal and third party.
    • Leading and managing the on-site construction team.
    • Full scheduling of all vertical and horizontal subcontractors and corresponding discipline schedules.
    • Collaboration between subcontractors and corresponding schedules.
    • Coordinating and overseeing all work on site.
    • Attending production meetings.
    • Reviewing and becoming familiar with the schedule and budget and ensuring adherence to these.
    • Weekly schedule updates.
    • Ensuring quality standards are met.
    • Ensuring safety standards are met.
    • Placing orders for materials and being responsible for equipment and materials on site.
    • Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness.
    • Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, change orders and RFIs.
    • Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
    • Collaboration with project specific peers – Project Manager, Project Engineer, General Superintendent, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent is required
    • Experienced specifically with multiple forms of construction projects ranging from ground-up builds (especially restaurants), tenant improvement/renovations, to full sitework core & shell projects and restaurants/gas stations
    • Experienced with commercial construction projects ranging from retail space, restaurants, medical office buildings, office fit outs, and high-end renovations
    • Experience in the field reviewing schedules, budgets, contracts, and other documents with field personnel, clients/owners, and architects
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and other construction CRM software)

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 85k - 120k/year range
    • Annual bonus opportunities
