We are looking for a deadline-driven Commercial/Civil Construction Superintendents, (with Civil experience) who are willing to travel for projects located in the southeastern US.

This position will lead and manage the on-site Construction team and oversee all work. Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness on-site and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The Superintendent will also liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals. Top candidates will be pro-active and perform well under pressure. Restaurant experience preferred!

Construction Superintendent Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Commercial/Civil Construction Superintendent

Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs

Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications and other documentation Excellent communication skills Excellent organizational skills

Background check and drug test will be required
