    Salary: $99,000 - $120,000 per year

    Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt (Salary)

    Standback General Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent to manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.

    Construction Project Superintendent Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the building trade.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
    • In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
    • Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.

    Construction Project Superintendent Responsibilities:

    • Lead and coordinate the construction team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases.
    • Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain open communication with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Oversee subcontractor selection and performance, ensuring work meets project specifications.
    • Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and prioritize safety protocols on-site.
    • Maintain a daily job site log and preside over weekly subcontractor meetings.
    • Conduct safety meetings and address any incidents on-site, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
