W.A. Randolph, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives and ensure the well-being of employees across construction sites. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Organize and lead safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents to identify root causes and preventive measures.
• Monitor and document contractor and subcontractor safety compliance.
• Foster a culture of safety awareness through recognition and ongoing education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST) certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.

Position Details:

• Pay: $125,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Travel: Up to 80% travel required to oversee multiple construction sites.
