What We’re Looking For:
A dynamic and experienced Construction Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts. This role requires a leader with an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, the ability to build long-lasting client relationships, and a proven ability to generate revenue and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.
Develop and implement sales strategies to target new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of bids, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
Work closely with project managers, estimators, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Develop and track sales performance metrics to achieve both team and company sales goals.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to grow brand awareness and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction sales, project management, or a similar role (5+ years preferred).
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, estimating, and project management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
A network of contacts within the construction industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field a plus.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Proficient in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office.
Ability to interpret blueprints and contracts.
Leadership & Communication:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead teams efficiently
Compensation: Base pay plus commission
