    Construction Sales Representative - Construction - Base Salary to 50k/year - Dallas, TX

    • Our Client is a provider of high-quality cabinetry and stone solutions, barn doors, shower doors and surrounds, including expert installation, for the hospitality and multi-family industries. For 30 years now they have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in their products and customer service, and pride themselves on a stellar reputation delivering outstanding results.
    • With a driven and strategic growth plan designed to dramatically expand their market presence and penetration, they are seeking to grow their sales team with a Construction Sales Representative.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners. Understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events. Develop new client relationships and secure new project opportunities.
    • Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report on progress toward targets. Use insights to adjust strategies and improve sales processes.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client projects, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.
    • Stay current on trends in the hospitality and multi-family industry, including new products, technologies, and market developments, to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Develop and present regular sales updates to senior management, including forecasts, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations.
    • Conducting occasional site visits and travel to meet with key account contacts as it relates to building and maintaining key business partner relationships is required. Travel typically does not exceed 10-15%.

    Qualifications:

    • A demonstrated track record of success as a Sales Professional within the construction industry (hospitality and multi-family sectors preferred), with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • A knowledge of the hospitality and multi-family construction industry is highly preferred, including products, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
    • A strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective sales techniques and client management.
    • A degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
    • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools is a plus

    Compensation:

    • Base salary to 50k/year
