  • Responsibilities

    We have been retained by our client, a growing Construction Services Company in the San Antonio/Austin area, to find a Sales Representative. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth, preferably within the Multifamily sector.

    Duties:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction services industry, with a focus on the multifamily sector.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, developers, and general contractors.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
    • Track sales metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically in the construction services industry.
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, preferably in the multifamily sector.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
