Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales Specialist for Owners, focused on engaging with asset owners across all industries, helping them unlock the full potential of Autodesk’s Construction solutions. This role is critical to empowering owners in their digital transformation journey, enabling better project delivery, data management, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with the IMAGINiT extended sales team to identify client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and build long-term partnerships that deliver value throughout the lifecycle of their assets. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in construction workflows, technology solutions, and sales strategies to ensure customer success and achieve revenue and GM targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
o Develop and execute sales strategies targeting asset owners, real estate developers, and facility managers.
o Identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with decision-makers responsible for capital projects and asset management.
o Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Customer Engagement & Solution Selling:
o Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and objectives, pain points and present Autodesk construction solutions as the optimal answer.
o Lead technical and business discussions to articulate the value of Autodesk’s construction solutions for owners, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Account Management & Relationship Building:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with owner stakeholders, including project executives, IT leaders, and asset managers.
o Manage account strategies to drive long-term value, solution adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Pipeline Management:
o Collaborate with sales teams to manage and track construction-specific opportunities in the sales pipeline.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with IMAGINiT’s marketing and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with market demands.
Industry Expertise & Market Insights:
o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide informed recommendations to customers and sales teams.
o Provide thought leadership and educate clients on best practices for digital transformation.
o Share client feedback with internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Presentations:
o Partner with technical specialists, customer success teams, and solution engineers to deliver comprehensive presentations tailored to the customer’s needs.
Revenue | GM Accountability:
o Contribute to company-wide ACS Revenue | GM targets by influencing and driving deals to close.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
· Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in enterprise software or technology solutions for the AEC industry.
· Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the owner's role in capital projects and asset lifecycle management.
· Sales Acumen: Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers and internal stakeholders.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and other decision-makers.
· Collaboration: Ability to work closely with IMAGINiT and Autodesk sales and technical teams.
· Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
· Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and sales teams.
