    Construction Scheduler

    We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and organized Construction Scheduler to help create bid/pre-construction schedules based on the estimate, owner requirements, projects plans and specifications. This candidate will focus on the creation of project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 while managing the P6 database for the company. This role requires a proactive professional with experience in construction scheduling alongside exceptional organizational and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Help create bid/pre-construction schedules based on estimates, owner requirements, plans, and specifications.
    • Utilize Primavera P6 in creating schedules and manage P6 data base for the company.
    • Lead in planning meetings and collect data for the development of master schedules.
    • Suggest corrective actions to keep the project on scope, budget, and time.
    • Plan and create new schedule delays and summary reports.
    • Provide training on software, critical path methodology, and all other aspects of scheduling.
    • Monitor scheduling progress and assist in updating project schedules.
    • Assist in training Project Team members on utilizing P6 and understanding schedule risks and strategies.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned.

    Do you have what it takes?

    • Four-year construction related degree or equivalent experience
    • Expert knowledge of diversified schedule engineering systems and practices
    • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 software
    • Organization and Computer Competency
    • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Willing to travel as needed
