    DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

    • Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager or Director, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale construction projects.
    • Proven expertise in the Glazing industry, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and innovations.
    • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field will be considered.
    • Demonstrated ability to oversee multimillion-dollar projects, manage budgets, schedules, and ensure quality control at the highest level.
    • Strong executive leadership and strategic decision-making abilities to drive efficiency, profitability, and team performance.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, fostering collaboration across internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
    • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to solve complex challenges and ensure project success from concept to completion.

    ABOUT THE COMPANY
